where is the fuel pump reset button. 91 topaz

no start put ignition coil in has new battery puled the passenger side panel at feet looking
for reset messing with wires and it started. Went to work the next day and all it will do is
click at starter relay i had the starter, battery, altenator checked about 3 months ago got
battery, The idle when at light wants to die so I put it in neutral did wires, plugs fuel and
air filter. did not do cap
