Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After I got the new battery it seemed
fine then it broke down again and I
had my cousin look at it cuz he's a
mechanic and he isn't sure it could be
electrical or the ignition. Its not the
starter or alternator and def not the
battery

They aren't bad. The battery is brand new. The interior lights and head lights turn on but when I turn. The key there's nothing but silence.

Someone else took me to get it and it wouldn't start they said it's the starter. Any thoughts
