Passenger Seat Belt Seems Locked- Unusable, will not come out.
Used last week, now Passenger Seat Belt won't come out around passenger. I pushed button at top. Some secret trick to this? Driver side ok. ??

my 2002 taurus w/ 10,000 miles, the passenger window and blower motor will not work, are they on the 1 Answer
are they on the same fuse? what could be the problem/ ooks like the blower motor is on fuse in position 8. Can't find fuse for passenger power window. Any suggestions??????????????
