AT WHAT ENGINE TEMP IS THE RADIATOR COOLING FAN SUPPOSED TO COME ON AND GO OFF?

FAN IS NOT COMING ON UNTIL 217 DEGREES, GOING OFF @ 210 DEGREES,
READS BETWEEN THE M AND THE L ON NORMAL ON TEMP GAUGE, SEEMS HIGH,
TEMP SENSOR OHMS TEST WITHIN SPEC.

You are correct,that is a little high,might not hurt to change the thermostat.
