How do I change the front turn signal bulbs?

The drivers side front signal flashes rapidly, so I assume that bulb has to be changed.
I can't seem to find how to easily remove the headlight lense.

The reason the turn signal flashes rapidly is because one of the bulbs are out. You need to replace the bulb that is not flashing. If your front bulbs are flashing then you need to change the rear bulb on the same side.

    The turn signal blinker only turns on occasionally on 1999 mercury mystique. It is unpredictable and I cant ever tell if it will turn on or not.
