Won't start

Papawfatboy  Won't Start
I replaced the fuel pump and it still doesn't
get fuel I checked the reset and it hasent  
been tripped the relay is coming on
switched relays around and it still doesn't
start

Did you change the fuel filter? what is the pressure at the rail? possible the injectors are clogged ?
