Can I and how do I install cargo lights on my 2019 ford f 250 if it did not come
with them?

Lights in the bed would be easy. All you need is to run a wire with fuse to the battery. If you have the upfitter switches you should use them.

Go to your local friendly Ford dealer and ask the guy in the parts department to check price and availability of the lights you want. Pretty sure you are wanting cargo bed lights. Don't hack into the factory wiring.
