2000 mercury sable air doesn't work

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2000 mercury sable. AC, heat, defrost will not work. No air
at all. I have changed the blower motor and checked the
fuse. Local parts dealer says it's the control panel that can
only be bought through dealer. Looking for any additional
help before I spend that kind of money

If it is the CCU then have a look on used car parts websites and flea bay before buying from the dealer. Any chance there is a associated relay under the hood you can check before you get the CP? Good Luck!
