OVER FLOW JUDGW NOT FLOWING IN RADIATOR

Just had new radiator put on and hoses also
thermostat. Over flow jug want flow to radiator and
car runs hot and also leaks

Maybe you need a new radiator cap. Be sure and get the correct type for your car.
