The car starts and shift but it winning when I put in drive and the car won't go

If this is an automatic transmission, check the fluid level first. Otherwise should go to a transmission shop for proper diagnosis.

if it is automatic transmission check transmission fluid ...then check transmission fluid coupling (impeller and turbine) ....then check solenoids and sensor
