Can a upper and lower intake manifold from a 2000 sable go on a 2003 sable?

Both years of the sable have a 3.0 duratec. But i dont know if there
were variations between the years, or if they are exactly the same

They should be interchangeable and as long as the bolt holes are the same should work. The easiest way to find out is go to any autoparts website type in year, make model, and part type, bring up the part and click all vehicles this part fits. The best site I have found and use frequently is rockautoparts.com
