Radio stays on afer can is off also Windows
are able to roll down and lock and unlock
button on door will not work.  How can I fix it

somewhere ,power is flowing to the ignition on circuit , maybe the ignition switch itself ! could be in the under hood fuse box , probably drains the battery after sitting a long time ,
