Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This is a follow up on my last post. I had the radio software upgrade done 1 week ago that came out Nov.2. I urge you all to contact your dealer and schedule this to be done. IT Worked and have had no problems with the radio since! Good Luck everyone

I am having the same issue with my 2018 Grand Cherokee 7”.volune up and down ,and ac intermittent with warm air. Been to dealer 7 times, I have owned the vehicle since October 24. This last time I picked it up yesterday and the removed the headliner and damaged the plastics that hold it, radio was swapped and they damaged the bezel for radio and my dashboard is now damaged and ripped. On a 3 month old car. I started the lemon law back on November . Dealer tells Chrysler nothing is wrong with the car. Now I have an attorney. I have purchased 14 dodge,Chrysler, and Jeep vehicles since 2011. This will be the last one

Same problem here with my jeep Cherokee latitude radio. It was crazy. Turn on, off, volume problem...etc. Solution: I took and USB, download the Uconnect update soft (VIN required) and connect the USB to my jeep after that everything works as new.
