Sounds like the auto start stop option is ON, that all newer vehicle have. You have to manual switch it off every time you get into the truck. Your owners manual will have all the details.

I also have that issue with mine, every time you start your vehicle you have to turn off the auto stop, if you don't it will keep doing it, they didn't make it so you can just turn it off once.
