How to replace fuses

How do I replace the fuse for the turn signals and does anyone know where I can get free repair info on this vehicle?

Never dealt with your car, but usually your owner's manual will tell you basic information like that. I'd assume your fuse box is tucked away under the dash somewhere, but as I said I have no experience with your car. Generally they also label what the fuses are for with either a chart or a individual label. But as I said never touched a Mazda MVP

simple procedure,pull the old one out...install the new one....simple....as for the free advise...what the hell is this?????
