On 1998 Ford Ranger 4x4 Speedo bags overdrive light blinks off and on check engine light comes on and truck wont shift right how can I fix Speedo

When I move my truck at 1 to 5 mile an hour my speedometer eggs which
pedometer not working makes my overdrive light come on and transmission
will not shift right it put it in the safe mode I have replaced the ECM sensor on a
rear end and on a 98 there is no Center in the transmission please tell me where
to look next and it rolls mileage on my truck like I am driving a hundred and
twenty miles an hour all the time could this be a ground problem
