Auto parts stores carry a dye kit, you place the different color tabs around the perimeter of the car and hose it down, depending on what color dye leaks in tells you where the leak is. (Don't worry the dye cleans up easy.) A lot of time clogged runoff channels from the roof, trunk, or front fender area allow water to get in through a window or door seal. Another leak source is a vent in the cowl, normally water that comes in though a cowl vent drains back out via a drain line in the cowl or heater box, yours might be plugged up with gunk. It will overflow and go to the front floor/foot well area, from there it might be leaking to the rear floor pan.

hi, same thing happen to me, rain water floading rear floor. after inpection, the water came from door card, even though the plastic layer still in a good shape, rain water has create a water pocket inside plastic layer and slowly dripping to the cabin. huge amount of water entering inside the door panel tru the gap of glass window and rubber seal along the glass. solution for that, i make another plastic layer acting like a curtain and insert inside the door panel, so that the water splash will run down to the bottom of the door.
