I have a mustang with a 4.6l v8 sat for 8 months got a new
intake manifold and gasket. It's been lagging power when I
step on the gas. Takes two starts to turn over smokes a
little when it start then goes away. Has a sour smell when I
drive it when it gets warm help me out please?.

Probably old fuel if you didn't drain it and add new before you started it.
