Is it obvious if a cars frame is warped????

I just bought a 1996 mazda protege. It
needed a little work. Its been wrecked......
minor damage......I hope. It needed rear
wheel barring.... I fixed that slightly. I put
new tires on. Now, It's got a slight pull to
the right while driving..... which my opinion
its Just needing an alignment, But the last
owner...... which is a young..... stubborn
girl. Said the frame is warped. So, how can i
tell ? I've looked, but saw nothing out of
ordinary...... or heard anything out of
ordinary
