2003 buick century

i have replaced the right side headlight bulb and high beem bulb on the same
side but the light wont turn on even thought the socket is getting power what
can i do to get my headlight on the passiger side to work

You said the bulbs have been replaced and there is power to the socket. The only thing left is a bad ground
