Car overheats

The car overheats when stopped at stop lights or slow traffic. We took it to
autozone and they told us to replace a regulator. (This square looking thing) but
it still overheats.

Have the cooling system inspected..and have the vehicle read for codes, even if the check engine light is NOT on the computer will have stored information and codes. Discount auto stores will read codes for no fee. write them down.
