98 model ford explorer water leak

My ford explorer is leaking water under
the passenger side under the motor
somewhere though its not coming from
the radiator as its just water and not
coolant. Only does it when the car is
turned off. The car is not over heating.

When it is dripping, let it drip on your hand. If it is cold, then it is condensation from the AC.
