Blue tooth volume

The blue tooth's volume will only work when it is maxed out  so when i get off of a call the radio is blasting. I went to setting and tryied to adjust but i cant hear anyone on the phone unless it is tuned up all the way, had the radio changed twice and still have the same problem.

Had the same problem, adjusted the "phone" volume instead of the cars and it fixed my problem.
