the price listed incldue the state taxes?

I want to understand if the price listed is $30,000 for a new car, that price includes taxes , meaning that if I will go to the dealer with the $30,000 I will get the car  or any additional expenses are not listed like taxes, registration fees , etc. This is for the new cars

taxes and things like prep fees will always be additional expenses on top of what the sale price is and will be added unless noted when the dealer is selling the car..
