Thumping noise from front right tire

I juat replaced my tie rods and ball joints on mt 626
and about 5 days later, she is now making a
thumping noise when accelerating after 15 mph,
decelerating and turning right but when i turn left it
goes away.

No flatsl spot and already checked lug nuts. Sounds like metal on metal. The more I accelerate, the quicker the thumping
