I own a 1999 Mazda millenia and my power tilt wheel is not working. When I push the switch I can hear it clicking but the wheel is stuck in the up position. What should I check first?

- I have the same problem in my '99 Milenia and someone told me I needed a fuse.

there is a nut on the rear of the tilt motor under the dash loosen it a little it should move by pressing the the tilt button after that

The cause of the problem is the Clock Spring. It controls the steering wheel and all controls on the steering wheel. I just replaced mine. bamabobb@bellsouth.net
