currently on a lease

VIN 1N4AZ1CP1JC311757 private seller says it's on lease.  How do I approach
the purchase?  Do I take over the lease?  Thanks

If the lease company allows you to take over the lease you could. People cannot sell leased vehicles as they are only renting it.
