Is this a recent occurrence or have they not worked a long time? Did you check the fuse for them? I would take out the owners manual in the glove box and look under "Fuses" for the flashers location. That is the first step

Both front and rear flashers? If the fuse is good, use a multi meter and check for pulsating voltage at the bulb connection at any light. Probably will not have any. Then begin checking for voltage leaving the flasher switch.
