i turned on my ford mustang 07 and it cranks up but didn't
turn on but it made a grinding sound on the engine

Its not the altenator & the battery. Its not the fuel pumps or and of the fuel rubber pipes. Not the head gasket. I just changed them out last week. Everything is good. The stearing wheel locked on me and then the car died when i was going home. I parked on the side waitied a little while. Then tried to start it up. It did start but didnt turn on. Tried it today and it mafe a grinding sound on the engine pls. Help yes i work under my own hood.
