My car won’t open the any door

My nx 2018 is not been driven for one
month and now can not open with
key or remote , looks like 12v battery
is dead

Found myself, battery positive wire under hood on fuse box and I managed to connect another battery to open the doors, recharged the battery, everything is fine now , happy days !!!!

Hello, i have the same problem, door does not open even with manual key, i cannot access car! Is it is to find the spot you describe? Have you got any photos? What did you do exactly to overcome the problem?
