No start

Asked by Bam911 Sep 11, 2019 at 01:29 PM about the 2002 Mazda Tribute ES V6 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Mazda tribute wont start. Cranks fine
getting spark but won't fire. I pulled the spark
plugs and they was covered in a white filth
(I'm assuming water) I cleaned them
replaced them still no start.. I checked,
pulled, and cleaned the injectors.  It's getting
fuel. What is wrong with my Mazda.

Wet plugs don't fire. The white stuff you found is coolant leaking in from a blown head gasket or a cracked head. Check you roil for contamination; might be the intake manifold gasket.
