I replace the engine in my car but it is running on 3 cylinders, sparks plugs and wires are new plus a new fuel injectors but it is still skipping what could the problem be?

Did you check your coil pack

Do you have a coil pack or direct coil on plugs? The parts I looked up indicate coil on plug yet you say your replaced spark plug wires.
