Car has headlights and dash lights working both nothing else, what do I check now

my daughter was driving her car when she lost all power and the car dies.  batter had bad cell so I replaced it.  I now only have headlights and dash lights.  No power windows etc.  No dome lights, and no stereo.  Car wont start and makes no noises at all when turning the key

It appears it was the 100 amp fuse that blew. My alternator was bad and apparently caused issues with the battery and the fuse. Now I just still have no stereo or dome lights, everything else seems to work.
