Is there a way to get a replacement for the center console cup holders piece?

Even if it's different, hoping to find something with possible more depth...cups keep falling over.

Check out cup holders on eBay. There's thousands of them. Buy one, cut it to fit, install it.

Buy a MINI, their factory cup holders have this accordion zig-zag in every cup holder, so when you're bendin the corners like a madman, beverage will be still.
