hyundai sonata 2018 catalytic converter

The "Malfunction Indicator Lamp" turned on is still blinking, an exactly at the
same time had loss of power when pressing accelerator. Now have loss of
power when driving about every 5 minutes.

Anyone know what is the problem, and what to do? Thanks!
