Instead of a class action suit couldn't we ask for a full refund of the purchase
price under the Lemon law.

Get rid of the Subaru! My 2015 Outback has been nothing but trouble since 900 miles. Currently have 68K and a cracked manifold. Waited too long for lemon law rules.
