Car engine stalls while driving then starts back up

My 2018 Mazda 3 engine sometimes stalls while
I'm driving it, then starts back up a couple of
seconds later. All the lights on the dashboard
come on, the power steering goes out, headlights,
everything. Then a couple of seconds later, the
steering wheel does a sudden jerk as everything
comes back on. I took it to the dealership a couple
of weeks ago and they said it was some type of
computer update it needed. And I thought it was
fine but then yesterday I had it happen twice on the
way to work. Has anybody else been having this
problem?
