Battery test readings vs ratings

My battery is rated 760 CCA. WHat should I expect to read here where the
temp is 100deg?  Tester (at dealer) read 660. Shouldn't it be much higher than
the CCA considering the temp (vs 0 deg for CCA)

Heat kills batteries, but they usually fail during winter when more load is placed on them due to the increased demand of the starter. Cold engines are harder to turn over. If your battery is 4 to 5 years old I generally recommend a replacement soon. Obviously yours is pretty new. If the dealer has a tester that is up to date and current it should tell them if the battery is good or not. Don't place too much importance on the CCA reading.
