Why isn't Cargurus recognizing I contacted a specific dealership

Contacted many dealers over the last week. Cargurus recognized that I
contacted most of them and allows me to leave reviews for them. The one
dealership that I need to leave a review for because it was so unbelievable isn't
being recognized as me having contacted them.
