pedal goes to floor replaced all four brakes now cannot bleed fluid from system

Did the master cylinder get empty while doing all 4 brakes? If so bench bleed the master and start over bleeding one at a time from furthermost (right rear) to closest to master cylinder (Front Left). Make sure none of your calipers/wheel cylinders are leaking.

If pedal dropped out and pumped back up before changing everything and was full of fluid and had no leaks anywhere. You have a bad mastercylinder.
