New tires

Girlfriend just purchased a new 2018 Jeep
Cherokee Laredo and The emblem on the back
says 4x4 but no 4 wheel selector and google said
it’s fulltime so it just engages when it slips but we
were curious if you blow a tire do you have to
replace all 4 like on an all wheel drive?
