I had to replace my key ignition and when I
replaced it I can I crank my car up I have to
reprogram my car I need to know how to do
it

You can't yourself, you need to proper equipment to do so. Since your key system uses a transponder or chip in the new keys. They have to be paired to the cars electronics. Contact a few locksmith in your area, and see if they can come to the house to help. Or find a local mechanic or dealership to do the same, only issue, is you would have to have it towed then.
