1999 lincoln continental heating/cooling system just when out with a 'sigh'. What could be the problem?

I turned on the heater and it just gave a sigh, a slow gasp of air with nothing
following.  What could be the problem?

Sounds like it is just tired and needs some sleep. But really sounds like the blower motor has gone bad but first check blower motor fuse and resistor.

LOL, I needed that. Thanx for your response, firebird338. I will check the status of the motor fuse as soon as I find it.
