How do I replace spark plugs and coils on my 2000 Lincoldn Navigator

This is really not a job for someone who has never changed a spark plug before. In short you have to unplug the coil on the plug, remove the bolt holding the coil in place, remove the coil, remove the plug and then install the new plug.
