2000 Navigator headlights dim, glass dull, best options

Old headlights with low output. Glass is worn restricting light as well. What are
me options?

Go to a body shop supply store and purchase some 1500 grit wet dry sand paper and sand the lenses. Make sure you use a spray bottle. Then buff with a compound and polish. They will look brand new. Don't pay for the worthless kits to do it.
