I changed the motor in my 00 Lincoln Ls 3.0 V6 so I put the new one in n it wont turn over all the way...it will turn over once I spray the ether in the intake but it won't stay on for long. Need Help

People say it might be the fuel injectors
since its been sitting, then I heard the
computer might be, also the timing chain so
idk.
