whats causing my battery to drain in my 2001 lincoln ls

if i leave my car setting up for a day or two it want crank something is draining battery i put in a new battery in and still dose the same thing i had battery and alternator checked and both are good what could be draining it???

I am pretty sure I answered this question,but; here it is again. you have a short in the wiring or some circuit is on while the car is off.

I have a 2000 v8 ls and I bought it from my uncle for 500 bucks he told me about it not starting and the battery drain after it sit for awhile so we knew it was a electrical issue . Took it to someone to fix it and she traced it to the seat program buttons on the driver door . She bypassed it or something cause I couldn't afford the part it called for to fix, but I didn't need to set my sets cause I'm the only driver cost me 460$ to fix it which I think was a rip off bit my car works fine now and haven't had anymore issues w it at all so I guess it was worth it in the long run.
< .05 Amp parasitic draw is the spec. for my Lincoln LS 2002 and if you want to stop the parasitic electric draw down of the battery (increase the battery life) install an electrical switch to the negative side of the battery and shut it off when not used over a long period of time say 1 week. Put the key in the car switch to prevent the alarm from going off when reconnecting the battery for use. Joseph T
