Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Okay we have a 2004 Lincoln LS V8 and we just received
a tune up, the mechanic said we needed another valve
cover gasket and we were like okay but he said we would
be able to last another week until we get it. But anyways
we got the tune up and the check engine light is still
blinking if we accelerate over 45mph, and we just don't
know what's wrong PLEASE HELP
