Technically it will bolt up just fine but without the egr the check engine light will always be on. Installing your egr on the new engine requires swapping the heads and intake

What if I were to use wiri g harness and ecm off new engine would that make code not appear in my car instead of changing heads and intake thanks for feedback by the way

That will work just fine. I prefer using the harness and ecm that comes with a donor motor. makes things easier. But keep in mind that the new ecm will store mileage that might not agree with your odometer. as well as not communicating with other things on the can bus system like, ABS Transmission, BCM. All these issues can be remedied with a reflash.
