have a lien

I have a lien on my truck and selling it today to an individual.  How do I handle
that?

You don't have the original title, the lien company has it. Have the transaction done at the lienholder's office. They'll do the pay-off and complete the paperwork for you. If they have the title there, they will send it to the buyer when check clears, unless it's cash and they might provide title then.
